  7. LICENSE AGREEMENT
  8. The artwork contained in this CD-ROM and referenced 
  9. by image QUEST is protected by copyrights registered 
  10. and owned by Dynamic Graphics, Inc.  Purchaser is granted 
  11. a nonexclusive license to use content as illustrative or 
  12. decorative material that is included as part of a total 
  13. graphic design or print communication produced for purchaser, 
  14. employer of client; however, the content may not be used in 
  15. whole or part in another clip art stock design product.  
  16. (See "IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL USERS".) By proceeding into 
  17. this CD-ROM, you acknowledge the copyrighted nature of the 
  18. artwork and you agree to use the artwork only for the purpose 
  19. for which it is intended.

  21. LIMITED WARRANTY 
  22. For ten days from the date of delivery to the purchaser, 
  23. Dynamic Graphics, Inc. warrants to the purchaser that the 
  24. materials on which the image QUEST software (product) is 
  25. recorded are free of defects in manufacture or damage during 
  26. shipment, and that image QUEST is correctly recorded. Any 
  27. return must be because of manufacturing defect or damage 
  28. during shipment and be made to Dynamic Graphics, Inc. or 
  29. the authorized dealer where the product was purchased. 
  30. Product cannot be returned because of defect due to abuse, 
  31. negligence, accident or alteration. All returns will be 
  32. exchanged for identical products; no credits or refunds. 
  33. Regardless of circumstance, Dynamic Graphics, Inc. will not 
  34. be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential 
  35. damages resulting from any defect or use of Dynamic Graphics 
  36. image QUEST software. Dynamic Graphics, Inc. makes no warranties, 
  37. either expressed or implied, with respect to the products 
  38. fitness for any particular purpose or use. This warranty 
  39. provides you with specific legal rights. You may have others, 
  40. which vary from state to state.

  43. All art contained in this software is original and exclusive 
  44. with Dynamic Graphics, Inc. The use of the artwork, from CD or 
  45. index, in whole or in part without written permission - for 
  46. multiple resale in the form of stock proofs, engravings film, 
  47. mats, printing, digitized images, etc. - is expressly denied. 
  48. Any resemblance to specific individuals, living or dead, is 
  49. purely coincidental (except where noted). No testimonials
